Nice shot and composition, especially the charming clouds.
Did you use filter, or photoshop to change the colour?
Is it the sun that blast its light at the right of the image? :)

I would like to see the coloured version of it :D

Thanks!! I used paint shop pro 9 to reduce it to bw and then colorized it this shade of blue. the wind was quite intense and the water was doing all sorts of things. the sun was hitting a spot that was being whipped up a bit. the color vesion isn't as dramatic. :)

the full view IS way much better. I like the contrast that the blue hue adds. A little different than every other black and white contrast image. Props, one of my favourites.
