A rose from a bouquet I bought my daughter after her long-time boy friend broke up with her. It was quite devastating for her but now she seems to have returned to normal. How resilient a young heart can be.

The story behind the rose is lovely =) Very touching. The photo is beautiful, I love the dark tones and shadows. The rose looks so fragile there, like it was made of paper. Great job :hug:

Thanks Missy! I did spray the flowers and was not happy with the results I got. The dry shot turned out best. I like the drops too.

That is the sweetest thing to do, buying roses for your daughter! This story reminds me of an old song by Chris Rea
called "Fool if you think it's over"...

It's beautiful.

As for your daughter, heartbreaks are a killer. I mean, before this relationship, the longest relationship I've had was three monthis (this one is four months, going on five), and the break up would upset me 'cause I can't be alone, or I'll get depressed.
